This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Asim Baloch and Tangle Logics.

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name, email address, current website (if you add it), the service you are interested in, your budget and timeline, and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share there.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and refer back to past conversations. Client project records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and tax requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent.
